Please review these Terms of Purchase, together with the Terms of Use, Privacy Notice, and any other policies referenced herein, before ordering or using any product or service offered through the Company Pages.

By submitting an order, purchasing a product, or using a service made available through the Company Pages, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. This agreement includes any applicable arbitration provision and class-action waiver described in the Dispute Resolution section.

1. General Conditions

By making a purchase through the Company Pages, you enter into a valid and legally binding agreement with the Company, enforceable in accordance with these Terms.

You represent and confirm that:

  1. You are at least 18 years old.

  2. You have reached the legal age required to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

  3. You are not prohibited from receiving or purchasing the applicable products or services under any law, rule, regulation, court order, or governmental restriction.

You agree to purchase and use products and services from the Company Pages only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

You are solely responsible for determining whether a product may lawfully be purchased, imported, delivered, possessed, and used in the destination country or region.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, telephone calls, emails, customer-service communications, and other interactions between you and the Company may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, training, fraud prevention, recordkeeping, or legal compliance purposes.

2. Privacy Notice

Our Privacy Notice explains how the Company collects, stores, uses, shares, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information.

The current Privacy Notice is available through Eighluane.com.

By accessing the Company Pages, placing an order, or communicating with us through email, telephone, online forms, or another method, you consent to the processing of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Notice.

The Company may revise the Privacy Notice from time to time at its discretion. Any updated version will be published on Eighluane.com.

Your continued use of the Company Pages after a revised Privacy Notice has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Purchases

3.1 Order Review and Processing

All orders are subject to acceptance, availability, payment verification, fraud screening, and processing by the Company.

The Company may decline, suspend, or cancel an order when circumstances reasonably require it. Examples may include:

  • A product or service is unavailable.

  • Inventory information is incorrect.

  • A product has been displayed with an inaccurate price.

  • Payment authorization cannot be completed.

  • The order appears suspicious, unauthorized, or fraudulent.

  • Customer or shipping information cannot be verified.

  • The Company determines that processing the order would violate applicable law or Company policy.

  • Another circumstance arises that the Company considers sufficient to reject or cancel the transaction.

To protect customers and prevent unauthorized transactions, we may request information or take reasonable steps to verify your identity, billing details, payment method, or shipping information before approving an order.

You will not be charged for an order that we do not accept or process. Where payment has already been collected for an order that is later canceled, the applicable amount will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method and applicable processing rules.

Without limiting any other rights described in these Terms, the Company may:

  1. Withdraw or revoke a previously stated offer.

  2. Correct typographical errors, inaccurate information, or omitted details.

  3. Revise prices, promotions, product information, specifications, descriptions, availability, or Website content.

These corrections or changes may be made without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted, confirmed, dispatched, delivered, or received, except where applicable law does not permit such changes.

3.2 Product and Service Information

We make reasonable commercial efforts to present product and service information accurately on the Company Pages.

However, product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, specifications, colors, features, packaging, materials, availability, and other information may occasionally be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or affected by technical or human error.

The Company does not guarantee that every description or other item of information appearing on the Company Pages will always be completely accurate, current, reliable, or error-free.

Device screens, lighting conditions, photography, manufacturing batches, and display settings may also affect how product colors, textures, dimensions, or details appear online.

Where a product or service materially differs from its description, your available remedy is to request a return in accordance with these Terms and the applicable Return or Refund Policy.

3.3 Quick View and Add-to-Cart Features

Certain products may be displayed through a quick-view window or similar shopping feature.

These functions may allow you to review limited product information, view pricing, select available options, or add an item to your shopping cart without opening the complete product page.

Quick-view and add-to-cart tools are provided solely for convenience. They may not display every product detail, limitation, feature, source, specification, instruction, variation, or pricing condition.

You should review the complete product page before submitting your order because it may contain more detailed or updated information.

3.4 Pricing

The Company takes reasonable steps to display accurate prices. Nevertheless, pricing, discount, tax, currency, promotional, or calculation errors may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order involving an incorrectly displayed price, even where the order has already been submitted or acknowledged.

When an order is canceled because of a pricing error, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the email address provided during checkout.

If payment has already been collected, the applicable charge will be refunded.

The Company may also correct an incorrect item price, subtotal, discount, shipping amount, tax amount, duty amount, or total purchase price at its discretion, subject to applicable law.

Promotional pricing, discounts, coupon codes, and special offers may be changed, limited, suspended, or withdrawn at any time unless otherwise expressly stated.

3.5 Product and Service Availability

The Company Pages may display estimated inventory or availability information to indicate whether an item is likely to be available for dispatch after an order is placed.

Such information is an estimate only and does not constitute a guarantee that the item is physically available, reserved, or ready for immediate shipment.

Inventory quantities may change quickly because of customer demand, supplier availability, processing delays, damaged stock, warehouse adjustments, or other circumstances.

An item displayed as “in stock” may therefore become unavailable before the Company completes order processing.

If an ordered product or service becomes unavailable, we may:

  • Remove the unavailable item from your order.

  • Cancel the affected part of the order.

  • Cancel the entire order when necessary.

  • Notify you using the email address associated with the purchase.

  • Refund any amount paid for the canceled item.

Where a product or service is permanently unavailable, it may also be removed from the Company Pages.

The estimated delivery period to the address provided by the customer is generally approximately 30 days or less after successful payment.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may change because of circumstances including:

  • Product shortages

  • Order-processing delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier capacity or transit delays

  • Customs clearance

  • Public holidays

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

  • Local transportation conditions

  • Events outside the Company’s reasonable control

4. Product Disclosures and Customer Responsibilities

In addition to the disclaimers contained in the Terms of Use, products or services purchased through the Company Pages may differ from similar items available through another retailer, manufacturer, country, or distribution channel.

A purchased item or service:

  1. May not include a manufacturer’s warranty, even where a similar product sold elsewhere includes one.

  2. May not include technical assistance, installation support, maintenance services, customer support, or after-sales services provided by the manufacturer.

  3. May be supplied without manuals, operating instructions, warning labels, safety information, or product documentation in your preferred language or in an official language of the destination country.

  4. May not have been manufactured, tested, labeled, packaged, or certified according to the technical standards, specifications, safety rules, or labeling requirements applicable in your jurisdiction.

  5. May use electrical voltage, frequency, plug configurations, charging systems, or technical standards that differ from those used in your country.

  6. May require an adapter, transformer, voltage converter, replacement plug, or other accessory before it can be safely or effectively used.

Before purchasing, you are responsible for researching and confirming that the product:

  • Is suitable for your intended purpose.

  • Meets your personal requirements.

  • Is compatible with your local systems or equipment.

  • Can be legally imported into the destination jurisdiction.

  • Can be lawfully purchased, owned, installed, and used where you live.

  • Meets any safety, labeling, licensing, certification, or technical requirements that apply to you.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these responsibilities.

5. Taxes, Customs Duties, and Other Charges

You are responsible for taxes, customs duties, import charges, government assessments, brokerage fees, handling fees, and other amounts imposed by the jurisdiction into which an order is shipped.

These amounts may include, without limitation:

  • Sales tax

  • Use tax

  • Value-added tax

  • Goods and services tax

  • Consumption tax

  • Import duty

  • Customs duty

  • Customs clearance charges

  • Brokerage or administrative fees

Where required or supported by the checkout process, applicable consumption taxes or customs duties may be included in the amount collected at checkout.

Where such amounts are not collected during checkout, they may be assessed separately by customs authorities, delivery carriers, government agencies, or third-party service providers.

You remain responsible for paying any additional charges required before or after delivery.

The Company does not control charges imposed by customs authorities, tax agencies, delivery carriers, or other third parties and cannot guarantee the amount that may be assessed.

Refusal to pay applicable taxes, customs charges, or import fees may result in an order being delayed, returned, abandoned, destroyed, or otherwise handled by the relevant authority or carrier. Any resulting costs may remain your responsibility to the extent permitted by law.
